Everyone at this office is so kind and caring! Tracy, Amanda, Cheyanne and Danielle were always smiling and so down to earth.( Im probably forgetting someone sorry!)I had a more complex orthodontic case but I always felt like I was in the best hands with Dr. Jeff and his team. I love my smile now and will forever be grateful for this team for sticking by my side through the journey, making sure I was always comfortable and being nothing but professional. The cookies were always a great bonus too!!

My experience at Twohig was the best. Coming from an adult who is very uncomfortable with the dentist. They made the experience very comfortable. Thanks to the amazing staff and Dr at Twohig Ortho I can say I love my smile for the first time in 44 years. Thank you for everything ❤️

I had an excellent experience at Twohig Orthodontics! Tracy at the front desk was amazing—she got me in quickly and made the process so smooth and easy. Cheyenne welcomed me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable right away when bringing me back. Dr. Jeff was fantastic—he took great care of me and had my best interest in mind. I highly recommend this team for their kindness, professionalism, and efficiency!

I had the pleasure of working with Becca, the dental technician, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, Becca was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring about my comfort throughout the entire process. She explained each step in detail, making sure I understood everything and felt at ease. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and you can tell she truly takes pride in her work. I felt confident and well taken care of during my visit, and I highly recommend Becca for anyone seeking top-notch dental care. She’s a true asset to the team!

If I could I would give them 10 stars, they are the nicest people in fond du lac and care very much about everyone. Oh did I mention the cookies, my son had a popping out with his braces and only admitted that he wanted the cookies, and I don't blame him. They make sure that you in and out in 5 minutes. Best orthodontist in Wisconsin.Edit post: Henry wrote this, lol 😁😁😁

We are so happy that we chose Twohig Orthodontics for my daughter’s braces. Exceptional service and the staff is great. Vicky is amazing and always so friendly! She makes us feel like family when we come in for appointments.

We went for our second child’s consult with Dr Jeff. Brittany was informative and efficient during the visit. Vicki was very friendly throughout the visit and was able to get our son added on quickly during our visit. Very comfortable atmosphere while at our visit.

Our kids have been coming to Twohig for several years. Two of our kids have gotten braces and we like the service we get at Twohig. The staff are professional, the assistants are awesome, especially Danielle and for our retainers, Vicky is the best!10 out of 10

Twohig was a great experience for my daughter getting braces! Cheyenne did a great job explaining everything to her and making her feel at ease as the brackets went on. Dr. Jeff is always professional and kind with all his patients. If your child needs braces, I would highly recommend Twohig Orthodontics!

Hands down the greatest orthodontist around.So family friendly, so reasonable and understanding. They care about their patients and that says a lot these days.I would give 10000 🌟 if possible.Fond du lac is lucky to have such an amazing business ❤️And fresh baked cookies just make it even more incredible 🤩

I just had ordered replacement retainers a few weeks ago when my dog decided to use them as a chew toy. Staff was very understanding and was nice enough to replace them at no cost. Thanks again!

I have been a patient of Twohig Orthodontics for many years from needing braces in my early teens to going through retainers in my 20’s. Each visit has been nothing short of wonderful. The knowledge, the kindness of each staff member and just feeling so welcome at every visit is unmatched. I would recommend them to anyone needing ortho work done and will definitely be sending my children to them in the future. 😊

We have had a great experience with Twohig Orthodontics for the last year and a half. Always a clean, upbeat, and friendly environment. Staff is very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions.My daughter struggles with wearing her rubber bands for 24 hours a day due to jaw pain, and they have been understanding, flexible, and helped us find solutions. Their willingness to work with us on that has been very appreciated.The only less-than-stellar thing I will say is: If you need to adjust any billing information, do it as early in the month as possible. That was the only place I ran into an inpatient/not-kind person there, and it was only the once that I needed to adjust where our payment came from that month. It was a one-off type of situation that I didn’t know would need to happen until the day I called, so more patience and willingness to listen to the reason I was calling would have gone a long way, and probably even helped the billing person from becoming as frustrated as she seemed to be. A positive experience when giving someone your money goes a long way. But one bad apple doesn’t ruin the bunch there at all! Lesson learned to just avoid her if I can.Overall experience here has been amazing! I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Jeff and his Team are fantastic! Took time to really explain the whole process and were very professional and polite throughout. I would highly recommend you check them out for all your orthodontic care! Great faciliate and plenty of parking as well...Glad we sent our oldest Son their, and youger brother will be starting his orthodontic journey, in fall there!

When 3 of my 4 children needed braces, there wasn’t a question where we’d go. Dr Jeff and his staff are so friendly, welcoming & make you feel like family. Each step was explained thoroughly & any questions were answered professionally. The nice touch of a cookie and the goodies once braces were taken off was always extra special! Thank you Dr Jeff and staff for all you do ♥️
